About Us

"To him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen."

Ephesians 3:21 (ESV)

Our Mission

Southeast Valley Bible Church exists to glorify God. It is our mission to bring people to Christ and see them become active participants in God’s family. It is our desire to develop them to Christ-like maturity and equip them for their ministry in the church, community, and for life mission in the world.

Our Vision

At Southeast Valley Bible Church, we envision:
A growing church
that meets together frequently to honor God and magnify Christ through the practice of genuine, corporate worship.

A caring church
that meets throughout the week in an expanding network of small groups dedicated to the care, ministry, and edification of one another.

A providing church
that provides good food (found in God’s Word), and good friends (found with God’s people) to God’s children.

A relational church
that aggressively builds redemptive relationships, paving the way for evangelism and outreach.

A serving church
that uses its facilities and resources to serve the needy and built strategic bridges within our community.

A trusting church
that consistently entrusts God’s work to God’s people, calling believers to a total commitment and stewardship of their resources for the advancement of God’s glory.

A gospel church
that facilitates the expansion and influence of the gospel at a local, regional, national, cross-cultural, and global level.

A missional church
that makes a serious impact on missions, including the local planting of like-minded churches.

An equipping church
that trains and aids in the development of lay- and vocational ministry leaders.

A gracious church
that acts as a grace-filled hospital for broken lives to experience the healing power of God’s love and his total forgiveness and acceptance through the embrace of God’s people.

Our Priorities

We seek to pursue a Biblical balance between two important priorities, seen in the example of Gaius in 3 John:

We are dedicated to The Truth of God's Word
Demonstrated by being a church of theological integrity and personal holiness.

We are dedicated to Love
Demonstrated by being a church characterized by hospitality, mercy, grace, forgiveness, and an unwillingness to allow gossip or disunity.
